Shipping Policy — Project 4
At Project 4, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods (such as drops, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days after shipping

International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipping
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Project 4 is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Project 4 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Project 4 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
